At Best Buy, a leading consumer electronics retailer, my project focused on enhancing the user experience to increase engagement and conversion rates on their e-commerce platform. Using Google Analytics for deep user behavior insights and Adobe XD for prototyping, I spearheaded the redesign of critical user interface elements.

The vision was to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience that reflects Best Buy’s market leadership. By redesigning the navigation and checkout processes, the goal was to make online shopping more intuitive, faster, and more responsive to customer needs.


Identifying Unique Challenges

A key challenge was addressing the diverse needs of Best Buy’s wide customer base, which ranges from tech-savvy users to less digital-native consumers. Balancing simplicity with the technical depth required sophisticated design thinking.


Resolving Complex Problems

I led the initiative to map out the entire customer journey, identifying key drop-off points and areas of user frustration. Using Adobe XD, I developed and tested new design layouts that addressed these pain points, significantly enhancing user flow and satisfaction.
